VITICI is a multimodal information service for public transport in Champagne Ardenne, run by the Champagne Ardenne Regional Council in partnership with :

The Departments:
- Ardennes (CG08)
- Marne (CG51)
- Haute-Marne (CG52)

The Conurbations:
- Châlons-en-Champagne Conurbation Community
- Charleville-Mézières Cœur d’Ardenne Conurbation Community
- Metropolitan Reims Conurbation Community
- Troyes Conurbation Community
- Pays Chaumontais Community of Communes
- Epernay Pays de Champagne Community of Communes

And:
- SNCF

The VITICI is made up of two types of content :

- The transport database, which is used to work out journeys (choice of routes, proposed timings, working out connections, calculating walking time, etc.). This content is managed by NAViTiA software, developed by Canal TP.
- Editorial content, i.e. pages presenting the partners, services and the latest news … This content is managed by Open Source EzPublish software.
