The Organizing Authority

The Epernay Pays de Champagne Community of Communes brings together 13 communes – that is, almost 36,000 inhabitants: Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Cuis, Cumières, Epernay, Flavigny, Les Istres-et-Bury, Magenta, Mardeuil, Oiry, Pierry, and Plivot.

The network

Consisting of 6 regular lines and 7 demand-driven lines, Mouvéo provides you with solutions that are both practical and economical, so that you can travel freely within the CCEPC communes. The network operates from 6 am to 8.30 pm, Monday to Saturday. Fourteen buses are allocated to the routes, and 40 people work together on the network everyday, towards a single goal: to offer you the mobility that will simplify life, in town.

Conditions for concessionary price

The concessionary price for a season ticket is applied to the following two season ticket types:

Mouv Inter: 11.50€ instead of 22€. This intermodal season ticket offes the holder a reduction on the price of a monthly Ter or Coach ticket

Mouv’ +: 11.50€ instead of 22€. This monthly ticket is only available to: people over 60 years of age, COTOREP beneficiaries, those receiving income support and jobseekers.

Conditions for a free pass

Children aged under 4 years and not travelling in a group are entitled to free travel on the network.

Demand-Driven Transport

Mouvéo’TAD, the demand-driven transport service of the Epernay Pays de Champagne Community of Communes will pick you up and drop you off as times and stops specified on the corresponding timetables. Seven lines are available to you. They serve Avize, Cuis, Cramant (Line A), Cumières (Line B), Flavigny, les Istres and Bury (Line C), the west hills of Epernay (line D), the Oiry industrial estate (line E), the Mardeuil industrial estate (line F) and Plivot, Oiry and Chouilly (line G)

To book a ride, all you need do is call :

at least 3 hours before your pick-up time. The call is free.
The flat-rate price applicable to this service is the 1€ single ticket.

Accessibility

Seven network buses are now accessible – that is, either almost 50% of the network’s fleet. The CCEPC has, at the same time, begun work on making certain stops accessible. These actions, aimed at compliance with the accessibility law will soon be recorded in an accessibility master plan.

For the moment, the CCEPC has set up a substitution service named MOBILIBUS. The purpose of this service is to provide transport for people who, because of their disability, are unable to use the urban public transport network.

Mobilibus operates Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 7 pm, and on Saturday and during the evenings on request.
