The TICEA bus network: a tailor-made network

Saint-Dizier Council has delegated the running of its TICEA public transport network to Bus Est. Made up of 3 regular services, 3 on-demand services and a schools service, the Ticéa transport network offers a range of economical, practical solutions to help you travel freely around the town.

Fares and sales outlets

Fares

Occasional passengers:
The tickets below give you the right to a free connection: valid for 1hr.
• Single ticket: 1€
Single tickets are sold only by the driver.
• The 10-journey Pass: 5.90€
This must be validated every time you use it and may be used for more than one person (simply tell the driver the number of passengers).
It is issued at a cost of 2 euros in exchange for a photo and proof of residence.
It may be recharged at the Ticéa agency and at other agents.
• The 20-journey Pass: free *
*It is only for passengers entitled by CCAS (social services) to free transport.

Regular passengers:
Buy a monthly or annual travel card! Save money and travel in complete freedom.
With the non-contact ticket system, simply run your card over the validating machine and your journey is automatically recorded.
Your remaining journeys or travel card expiry date are shown in a frame above the validating machine.
Travel cards are issued by the Ticéa agency at a cost of 2 euros, in exchange for a photo and proof of residence. They may be recharged at the Ticéa agency and at other agents (“Pass Mensuel”).

The “Pass Mensuel” (Monthly travel card):
These give you unlimited travel on the network for 30 days following the first validation.
• The monthly “Pass Jeune”: 9.30€
This is for people under 26.
It must be validated every time you use it.
• The monthly “Pass Adulte”: 17€
This is for anyone between the age of 26 and 59.
It must be validated every time you use it.
• The monthly “Pass Senior”: 9.30€
This is for anyone aged 60 and over.
It must be validated every time you use it.
• The monthly “Pass Intermodal”: 12.40€
If you are over 26 and have a TER rail card, you can use this travel card and take advantage of its preferential fares.
It must be validated every time you use it.

The “Pass Annuel” (Annual travel card):
Are you looking for even cheaper travel? Choose the “Pass Annuel”!
It gives you unlimited travel on the network for 1 year following the first validation.
• The “Pass Jeune annuel”: 83.70€
This is for people under 26.
• The “Pass Adulte annuel”: 153€
This is for anyone aged 26 and over.

The Ticéa Pass card:

In all cases other than the single ticket, you must have the non-contact Pass card in order to load your ticket.
The Pass may be recharged at the Ticéa agency or at a recharge terminal in one of our agents.
